Role Responsibilities:

  • Online Engagement: Participate actively in online communities, reflecting the brand's ethos and engaging with users in a supportive and compassionate manner.

  • Partnership Development: Assist in cultivating strategic partnerships to expand our business reach and align with our company philosophy.

  • Client Services: Facilitate welcoming and informative experiences for new clients during onboarding processes.

  • Administrative Assistance: Handle various administrative tasks crucial for the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.

  • Content Maintenance: Contribute to maintaining high-quality content standards and ensuring up-to-date, engaging materials are available.

  • Resource Management: Assist in curating and providing resources to clients as needed.

  • Research Support: Gather feedback, monitor industry trends, and assist in marketing efforts and content creation.

  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of workshops, webinars, and community events.

  • Digital Presence: Manage and enhance the company's online presence, with knowledge like content creation (blogs, newsletters, and social media), podcast oversight, social media strategies and SEO tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in an assistant or similar role.

  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong ability to empathize.

  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Keen organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in social media engagement.

  • Prior experience in client relations and administrative tasks is highly desirable.

  • Candidates with marketing experience will be prioritized
