Competitive US-based company seeking an English-speaking recruiter with experience in construction/sales recruitment.
The RoleUS-based company looking for an experienced and proactive recruiter with a solid background in talent acquisition, specifically within construction, sales, or a related field. Familiarity with HireDimensions software or similar recruiting software and a track record of recruiting in the US market will set you apart. Your role involves more than filling vacancies; it’s about marketing our positions to attract top talent and managing a consistent interview schedule to establish a strong US-based sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Designing and executing recruitment strategies for US door-to-door sales and construction roles.
Handling the complete recruitment process through HireDimensions, from outreach to offer acceptance.
Utilizing exceptional selling skills to capture the interest of premier sales talent.
Coordinating a continuous interview pipeline for sustained recruitment efforts.
Onboarding new hires to integrate them with our sales objectives and company culture.
Working with sales leadership to predict hiring requirements and create engaging job descriptions.
Key Qualifications
Fluent English speaker with excellent communication and persuasive abilities.
At least a few years of recruiting experience, preferably within the construction/sales sector or a related industry.
Proficient use of recruitment software, with a strong preference for HireDimensions experience.
Adept at handling multiple recruitment campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in door-to-door sales or construction, particularly within the US, is highly advantageous.
US-based recruiting experience is a significant plus.
